Supporting Our Local Community

Investing in the people, talent and organisations that make a difference in the community we are proud to call home.

on365 has been based in Loughborough for many years, and we’re proud of the connections we have built within the town and the wider local community.

Our work takes us across the UK and Europe, supporting organisations with critical power and data centre infrastructure, but Loughborough remains our home. From our long-standing work with organisations such as Loughborough University to supporting local people and initiatives, we believe there is real value in investing in the community around us.

As part of that commitment, on365 is delighted to be supporting two talented young Loughborough footballers, sisters Daisy and Poppy Barritt, as they continue their development with Northampton Town Women.

Backing local talent

Both Daisy and Poppy have already demonstrated the commitment, determination and hard work needed to progress in competitive sport, while continuing to pursue their education and ambitions away from football.

Daisy Barritt

At just 18, Daisy has already progressed through academy football with Leicester City before joining Derby County, where she was offered an Under-21 contract at the age of 16.

During the 2025/26 season, she joined Northampton Town Women on loan and quickly established herself in the side, playing every minute for the remainder of the season before being named Young Player of the Season.

Daisy has now returned to Northampton Town for the 2026/27 season, where she will continue her development as a full-back alongside studying for a BSc in Strength and Conditioning at Loughborough College, awarded by Loughborough University.

Her ambition is to become a professional footballer while also building a career in sports performance and nutrition.

Poppy Barritt

Seventeen-year-old Poppy is continuing her own football journey as a goalkeeper with Northampton Town Women’s Development Team.

Having started playing grassroots football with Mountsorrel Juniors, initially as an outfield player, Poppy moved into goal at the age of nine and has since played and trained within the environments of Leicester City, Nottingham Forest and Coventry City.

Away from football, Poppy is also pursuing another passion. She is studying Hospitality and Catering at Loughborough College and has already achieved Gold and Silver medals at Salon Culinaire in London. She is now progressing to a Level 3 Diploma in Professional Patisserie.

Supporting The Next Generation

For on365, supporting Daisy and Poppy is about more than sponsorship. It is an opportunity to support two young people from our local community who are working hard to develop their talents, pursue their ambitions and make the most of the opportunities in front of them.

The qualities required to succeed in sport such as commitment, teamwork, resilience and a willingness to keep learning and improving, are qualities we recognise and value within our own business too.

To mark the start of the new season, on365’s Carl Richardson recently attended Northampton Town Women’s Pre-Season Player and Sponsor Breakfast joining players, management and fellow sponsors ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.

We’re now looking forward to following Daisy and Poppy’s progress throughout the season and are proud to play a small part in supporting the next stage of their journeys.

Loughborough is internationally recognised for engineering, innovation, education and sport, and on365 is proud to have built its business here.

Our connection with the town includes our work supporting the critical infrastructure behind organisations such as Loughborough University, where on365 has helped deliver resilient and efficient data centre infrastructure supporting the University’s teaching, research and wider operations.

Supporting local talent such as Daisy and Poppy is another, very different, way in which we can contribute to the community we are proud to call home.
