Colin Richardson
Managing Director
Colin Richardson founded on365 in 1984 (originally known as Universal Power Systems) to meet the growing demand for UPS solutions supported by a higher standard of pre- and post-sales service.
Over four decades later, his vision and values continue to shape the company’s reputation for integrity, technical excellence and long-term customer partnerships. His commitment to quality and customer care has been the cornerstone of the company’s success, guiding on365’s ongoing growth and strategic direction.
Martin Shepherd
Director of Professional Services
Martin Shepherd has over 30 years’ experience in the design, operation, and management of complex plant and critical infrastructure within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a member of both the Institution of Engineering & Technology (MIET) and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (MIMechE).
Martin heads up our Professional Services team and is responsible for the company’s industry accreditations, technical strategy, quality management, and health & safety.
Carl Richardson
Technology Support Manager
Carl Richardson has been with on365 for over 35 years and brings extensive experience in the design, implementation, and support of critical building and data centre physical infrastructure for our clients worldwide.
He leads key business functions, including global and key account management, product management, pre-sales system/application engineering and design, professional services such as energy optimisation and lifecycle programs, as well as business development.
